Refund
Our balloons are treated to lasts 5 days. But don't be surprised if they last longer. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

However, if you can please send us pictures of any issues you had with your balloons and we will contact our manufactures about the issue and if they agree it is faulty we can offer a refund. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace balloons if they are defective or damaged during our transport. Please contact us at hejballoons@gmail.com if the balloons do not fulfill your expectations.
